Weak memory affects many people in different ways. It is the momentary memory lapse that happens to most and best of us. Therefore, when memory lapses begin to become a regular occurrence, it is very advisable to seek medical assistance.
Causes of weak memory are : Lack of concentration, Depression, Anxiety, Alcoholism, Drug abuse, Brain tumors, Certain medications, Seizures, lack of sleep
Remedies for weak memory are :
• Soak 7 almonds overnight. Peel and grind to a paste. Mix in 1 glass milk. Simmer for some time. Drink while still warm for 15 to 40 days.
• Cinnamon 12 gram. Amla 12 gram. Black peppers 4 gram. Make it powder and use half tea spoon of it at morning and evening time.
• Surah al Inshiraah (in the 3oth part of Qur’an) should be recited on water for 23 times, 11 times or 7 times daily and drink it on your child who has weak memory and remember to let your child recite it orally everyday, so soon he will have best fresh memory In Shaa Allah.
