I’m suing the Black Stars for emotional distress- Efia Odo


Monday, July 8th was a sad one for Ghanaians after the Black Stars of Ghana were kicked out of the ongoing African Cup of Nations (AFCON)  tournament by the counterparts from Tunisia in a penalty shoot-out.

The game which lasted for hours, ended in a penalty shootout which saw Black Star player, Caleb Ekuban missing the third shot which ended in Ghana loosing the match.

Ghanaian actress, Efia Odo was among the few celebrities who were invested in the Black Stars. She watched every game and showed her support for them.

Following their exit on Monday, Efia Odo who believes she invested too much of her emotions into the Black Stars has said that she will be suing them.

in a Twitter post on Monday, she wrote:

“I’m suing the Ghana black stars for emotional distress. Please, who’s the best lawyer in town that will help me win this case!!”
